For camps, kids will need to bring their own glove, bat, and helmet.

More about Biokats Youth Camps

Our camp philosophy is to teach quality fundamental skills in a positive format no matter which sport. We will teach techniques that are vital to the athlete in reaching his or her fullest potential in their sport.

The purpose of the Biokats Youth Camps is to teach every player the fundamental and advanced skills necessary to make the athlete a better player and to help them develop future athletic ideals in sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship.

Biokats Youth is a division of Biokats Inc (a non-profit) was developed to provide a great and affordable camp experience for each player. We select only the best coaches to teach your children.

1. We wanted to provide complementary coaching to the youth programs in the area. We will spend more time on the fundamentals, and all players experiencing all positions.

2. Get high school coaches more involved developing younger players.

3. We make Sportsmanship a priority in all youth programs and help coaches manage side lines to create a solid learning and positive environment for the players to play in.

Please read the waiver carefully You agree, warrant and covenant as follows: ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT Our lawyers made us say this...... 1) I am applying for admission to the Biokats Sports Network camp and associated activities being fully aware that these activities involve risks. I accept all the risks of participating, even if they are created by the carelessness or negligence of a Released Party or anyone else. "Risks" include physical exertion, and surface conditions. I know there are other risks too. I am aware that it is advisable to consult a physician prior to participating in the clinic. 2) I fully release, discharge and waive any Claims I may have, now or in the future, against the Released Parties, even if Claims are based on the carelessness or negligence of a Released Party or anyone else. ("Claims" as used in this document means all claims, demands, and legal actions, arising out of damage, injury or death of participant while engaging in the Biokats Sports Network clinic, or any of its associated activities, which I or my heirs or personal representative could make. "Released parties" as used in this document means Biokats Sports Network, high school where activity takes place, City of where the clinic takes place, State of Colorado, all sponsors of the Biokats Sports Network clinic, and the governing bodies, directors, officers, representatives, agents, employees, medical personnel, and volunteer staff of each of them.) 3) I agree not to sue Released Parties for Claims, even if the Claims arise from the carelessness or negligence of a Released Party or anyone else. I agree to indemnify (protect against loss) and hold harmless each Released Party, from any loss or liability (including any reasonable attorneys fees they may incur) defending any Claim made by me or by anyone making a Claim on my behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the carelessness or negligence of a Released Party or anyone else. 4) I grant my permission to Biokats Sports Network, the sponsors of the Biokats Sports Network and any transferee or licensee of them, to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and any other references or records of the Biokats Sports Network activities which may depict, record , or refer to me for any purpose, including commercial use by Biokats Sports Network, its sponsors and their licensees. 5) I agree to abide by the rules of the Biokats Sports Network. I acknowledge that, if I violate any of these prohibitions or other Rules, I may be removed from the clinic and the permission for me to participate in the Biokats Sports Network activities may be withdrawn by representatives of Biokats Sports Network. 6) I have fully read and understand the statements I have made by signing this document. No warranties or representations have been made to me about the clinic or activities which are not stated on this form. I understand and intend that this document act as the broadest and most inclusive assumption of risk, waiver, release of liability, agreement not to sue and indemnity as is permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any portion of it is held to be invalid, I agree that the rest of it shall continue in full force and effect. I agree that this agreement was made in Erie, Colorado and that the laws of the State of Colorado shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this document. 7) I grant Biokats Sports Network permission to act on my behalf in case of a medical emergency for my son/daughter. 8) If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent agrees to the following statements: As a parent or guardian of the participant, I authorize the child to participate. I also join in the statements and agreements made by the participant in this document. I also agree that in the event participant, or anyone acting on his or her behalf, should make any Claims, I will provide the indemnities described in paragraph 3. 9) I agree to Biokats Sports Network, BioKats Inc. Refund Policy. There are No Refunds. I fully accept the charges to my credit card. You can contact us if you have any questions. 10) I agree that Biokats Sports Network has the right to cancel, move, or adjust the time to any event that is scheduled. 1. Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent and warrant to Biokats Sports Network("BSN") that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on BSN, including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which registration fees will be charged. In addition, if you are registering third parties, you represent and warrant that you have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of such parties in performing this event registration. By proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this Registration Agreement shall apply equally to you and to any third parties for whom you are acting as agent. Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You represent and warrant that, in compliance with COPPA, you are over thirteen (13) years of age, and that if you are registering a child under fourteen (14) years of age you are the parent of such child, and do hereby consent to the collection of such child's personal information by BSN. 2. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. ACTIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE BSN OR (B) FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR (C) RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH BSN OR (D) RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF ACTIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF BSN IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. BSN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BSN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BSN makes no warranty that the BSN sites' services will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. BSN does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in, or provided in connection with, the BSN sites. BSN is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of such information. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the BSN sites is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. 3. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold each of BSN and its officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of BSN or the violation of any term of this Liability Waiver or the BSN Terms of Service by you. 4. Applicable Law; Consent to Jurisdiction. The BSN sites (excluding linked sites) are controlled by BSN from its offices within the State of Colorado, United States of America. By completing this event registration, both you and BSN agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to this event registration, this Liability Waiver, or other use of the BSN sites. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with BSN resides in the courts of the State of Colorado and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Colorado in connection with any dispute including any claim involving BSN or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers. 5. Severability. If any provision of this Liability Waiver shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Liability Waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
