Regis Jesuit (CO) girls are aiming
for State title in Colorado.
Returning nearly all their players,
after making it to the finals
last year

With seniors Katie Heckman(Duke), Marquelle Dent(Wyoming) and Jamie Revels(Williams and Mary) leading the way, the Raider team is loaded for  a run at the Colorado 5A state title. Regis travels quite a bit in pre-season playing against Riverdale Baptist (MD) #2 in the country, Brea(CA).

In talking with coach Carl Mattei, The team travels to play against the best teams in the country to get better. " When they go into league play, they are ready and focus" say Mattei. Regis hold a 76-09 home record since the programs inception and one state title coming 2009. That year Mattei had 7 seniors all go division 1.

This years team is also loaded with young players including: Dianl Akigbogun, Justine Hall, Anna  Ptasinski, Jordan  Molyneaux, and Kelsi Lidge.

At Nike TOC, Regis went 2-2 winning against Dillard(FLA) and Archbishop Wood(PA) and losing close games to losing to Brea(CA) and Bishop O'Dowd(CA) in second top division.
