The Biokats Flag Football Combine & Showcase is designed to give athletes the opportunity to measure their athletic ability, evaluate their football skills, compete against top talent, and gain valuable exposure.

Whether you’re an established player looking to compare yourself against the best or an up-and-coming athlete seeking recognition, the Biokats Combine provides a competitive environment to showcase your game.

Time: 9am-12pm

Cost: $130 (Players get gear, Exposure, Athletic measurements)

WHAT TO EXPECT

Athletic Testing

Athletes will be evaluated using objective performance metrics that measure speed, explosiveness, agility, and overall athleticism.

Potential testing includes:

10-20-30 Yard Sprint
Pro Agility Shuttle
Vertical Jump

Athletes will receive verified results that can be used for recruiting and personal development.

Position-Specific Skill Work

Participants will compete in drills designed to evaluate football-specific skills including:

Route Running
Receiving
Ball Tracking
Defensive Coverage
Flag Pulling
Change of Direction
Football IQ & Competitive Skills

Athletes will be coached and evaluated by experienced coaches and flag football personnel.

Live 7-on-7 Competition

The showcase culminates with live game competition where athletes can demonstrate their skills in real football situations.
