Training At Biokats and BC Beach

Starting in 2020, Biokats has launched their personal training program for athletes in different sports. This program is sport specific and works on speed, agility, strength. You have heard “SPEED Kills”.

We have developed a program based on 20 years of research to help you improve your strength, athleticism and speed. We have the following programs

  • Overall Speed/Strength Program (all athletes)
  • Jump Program for all athletes (basketball, volleyball)
  • Arm Strength program for our athletes in baseball, softball, volleyball.

Our program can be done in person or remote. We do like to have our intitial consultation on site where we can get some measurements and put you through our standard workout to evaluate where you stand.

We like to test once per month to ensure you are improving on your goals.
